第一阶段 :设计前的服务工作
Stage 1: Pre-Design Services

第二阶段:概念设计
Stage 2: Conceptual Design

根据第一阶段客方提供的资料及酒店星级标准,结合当地餐饮特点,与客方及管理公司协商建立厨房餐饮设施的要求和流程,提供整个酒店餐饮厨房的概念设计。

We will co-ordinate with the hotel management group and the client about the requirement of F& B and then submit the kitchen design according to the design standard the local information.

第三阶段:初步方案设计
根据第二阶段审核并确定的酒店餐饮体系的架构,结合酒店当地卫生防疫和环保部门的要求,提供各个餐饮厨房功能间的工艺流程及设备配置设计,并协助业主通过卫生防疫站的检验。

With the information of verified and determined F&B structure in stage 2, we combine the requirements from local hygiene bureau and environment protection departments to provide the design of all equipments.

第四阶段:深化设计
Stage 4: Design Development

业主审核并确认第二、三阶段概念及初步设计方案后,进行平面及机电深化设计;把握工艺流程设计,提供配套厨房,洗衣机房图纸,具体如下:
1. 厨房、洗衣房区域的电位接驳示意图。
2. 厨房、洗衣房区域供排水位接驳示意图。
3. 厨房、洗衣房区域燃气、蒸汽点位接驳示意图。
4. 厨房、洗衣房区域的土建、地沟示意图。
5. 厨房、洗衣房区域排风、排气示意图。

We will go proceed to the design development stage and submit the kitchen and laundry design after getting the confirmation on the schematic design from both client and the hotel management forum. The drawing list is as following

1. Electrical design for laundry and kitchen 
2. Plumbing design for laundry and kitchen 
3. Gas design and steam design for laundry and kitchen
4. Civil and structure design for laundry and kitchen 
5. Mechanical design for laundry and kitchen

第五阶段:招标
在业主审核并确认第四阶段深化设计后,提供以下文件给业主招标,具体如下:
1. 提供所有厨房设备产品之品牌、产地、规格、型号等资料。
2. 所有机电设备一览表。
3. 全套招标图纸(包括所有平面图及全套水、电、气、风等接驳图)。
4. 提供所有外厨房的立面图。
5. 产品生产制作标准图。
6. 工程招标文件中所有外购件产品的图片。
7. 提供外购件供应商目录。

We will provide the following documents for bidding after getting the confirmation on DD stage from the client
1.To provide the brand, type and else information of  equipments
2.To provide the M/E design
3.To provide full set bidding drawings (including plan, M&E  design)
4.To provide elevations
5.To provide production drawings
6.To provide photos of products purchased overseas
7. To provide supplier list of products purchased overseas

第六阶段:评标

在投标者按招标文件投递标书后,对投标书进行评估及分析,并提交书面报告和建议至业主。

Evaluate the competitive tenders obtained by the Owner and submit a report and recommendations in confidence for the consideration of the  Owner and Operators.

第七阶段:工程配合
在厨房承建商施工期间,工程配合如下:
1. 配合业主对厨房设备工程和相关施工单位进行工程协调工作。
2. 审核供应商提交的深化图纸。
3. 审核供应商提交的产品标准配件。
4. 审核供应商的生产制作图纸。
5. 审核供应商提交的外厨房的立面图。

The co-operation during the construction period is as following
1. Co-operate with main contractor and MEP contractor
2. Review the drawings submitted by contractor
3. Review the products submitted by contractor
4. Review the production drawings submitted by contractor
5. Review the elevation drawings submitted by contractor

第八阶段:完工调试
1. 负责检查所有设备的调试并向业主提供书面汇报。
2. 负责检查承建商的工程质量,产品的质量要求是否符合招标文件的要求,有没偷换调整品牌,以确保承建商能保质保量地完成合同条约。监督承包商对工程缺陷部分进行限期整改。
3. 负责审查及批核供应商所有竣工图、操作手册,以保证承建商能在日后提供服务及支援。
4. 招标到调试阶段时间要求:根据工程实际进展情况,由业主确定,我们根据业主要求积极配合。
